Ann Aurora Zhukovskaa was born on 17th February 1991 in Minusinsk, Krasnoyarskiy region, Siberia, Russia.

Education: Novosibirsk State Art School (NGHU), Master of Fine Arts, artist painter 2009 -2014.

Since 2018 lives and works in Saint-Petersburg.

Brief biography:

| Minusinsk Period (2001 – 2008)

2001 - 2006 – attends children's School of Art. Studies petrolyths of the Okunev culture (XXVI-XVII centuries BC).

2006 –  meets her first teacher - painter Sergey Vasilyevich Bondin (1955-2021). Sergey Vasilyevich was a creator of the “earth painting” technique, student of painter Andrey Pozdeev from Krasnoyarsk, Russia. Anna Aurora gets an introduction to art and establishes her artistic position.

2008 – beginning of studies at the Art School named after V.I. Surikov, majoring in “artist-painter” (Krasnoyarsk).

2009 – moves to Novosibirsk, Russia.

| Novosibirsk Period (2009 – 2018)

2009 - 2014 – attends the Novosibirsk State Art School (NGHU), graduating as “artist-painter; teacher”. Advisers: Chirva Vasily Pavlovich (drawing, composition) and Bertollo Elena Stanislavovna (media as artistic technique).

2014 - 2018 –  theatrical period. Meets artist Oleg Zhukovsky (theater “La Pushkin”). She develops spatial intelligence, overcomes the plane vision, embraces the image in action and engages in plastic theater and scenography.

2018 – moves to Saint-Petersburg, Russia.

| Saint-Petersburg Period (2018 - present)

Since 2019 Anna Aurora collaborates with cultural and educational artistic residency “Dom Radio”. She creates posters, installations and exhibitions, designs logo and font. In her artwork Aurora regards musical composition as a birth source of the artistic image.

2019, 2020 – participates in the project “Gloria Transit” (theatrical improvisations, in cooperation with the Engineering Theater “AKHE”) as an artist-painter and as a performer.

2020 - 2022 – creates art objects' costumes for the ritual burning acts at Maslenitsa: The “Burning bridges”; the “Vaccination”; the “Tower of Babel” (the art park “Nikola-Lenivets”, Kaluga region, Russia).

2020, 2022 - participates in the creation of objects for the exhibition “Slava Polunin's Castles in the Air". Complete set of adventures” (Central Exhibition Hall “Manege”, Moscow, Russia, 2022).

2023-2024 - creates author's works, works with private orders. Collaborates with the cultural and educational space "Dom Radio" (artistic director Teodor Currentzis).
